Exchange/Return Policy

Store credit will only be issued for returns. NO MONEY IS REFUNDABLE.

Our policy lasts up to 3 days after delivery of the order , confirmed with the postal service tracking number to request an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent after the 3 day grace period and are worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.

Items NOT applicable to return:

Accessories; Articles in Lay Away; Items in any Offer or with any discount; Items from the Second Hand collection; Items from the SALE/SALE collection (these are final sale, no exchange or return).

Only one exchange will be allowed per item and depending on availability. You will be responsible for paying for shipping both for the return and for the exchange of the new part to be replaced. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you receive store credit, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
